Pikes Peak Regional Building Department Board of Review
Purpose:
The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department Board of Review is authorized to propose standards and interpretations of the building code; to grant or deny minor variances to code; to grant, suspend or revoke contractor licenses; and impose restrictions or requirements on contractors. The board is comprised of an architect, citizen-at-large, building contractor (A or B license), building contractor (A, B or C license), and engineer (structural, electrical or mechanical).
Meetings:
Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at 11:00 a.m. at the Regional Development Center, 2880 International Circle, Colorado Springs, CO.
Members and Length of Terms:
The Board consists of five members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and/or the City Council for three-year terms. Terms are limited to two full consecutive terms.
- Loren Moreland – Term expires March 31, 2027
- Zachary Taylor – Term expires March 25, 2026
- Christopher Freer – Term expires March 31, 2028
- Jim Johnson – Term expires March 31, 2028
- George C. Hess III – Term expires March 31, 2028
